Gigi Bibs are specially designed to make the act of feeding your baby or toddler easier and more accessible, and therefore increase independence. This means that they can be considered ‘Assistive Technology’ by the NDIS and may be purchased through your Low-Cost Assistive Technology budget.

If your plan is Self-Managed or Plan-Managed then you may be able to claim your Gigi Bib purchase through your NDIS Plan. If you’re not sure, you can ask your Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or other Allied Health professional.

The simplest way is to purchase our items and then reimburse yourself through the NDIS portal. Keep the receipt you will receive via email after purchasing as proof of purchase.

The simplest way is to purchase our items and then have your Plan Manager reimburse you. They will need to see the email receipt you receive after making your purchase.

Need an invoice?
If you’re not able to purchase our items and then be reimbursed (i.e you require an invoice/quote before you can purchase), simply send us a message through our Contact Form requesting an invoice, including the following information:

  • Your full name and email address
  • Your NDIS Participant number (should be 9 digits)
  • Whether you’re Self-managed or Plan-managed
  • Your Plan Manager’s name and email address (if applicable)
  • The items you would like to order, including colour and quantity
  • Your delivery address
  • Any other instructions.

You and your Plan Manager (if applicable) will then receive an invoice from us to be paid. Once payment has been received for the invoice, we will ship out your products.
